30-day money-back guarantee

Every Flavor Media Folders Pro, Studio, and Agency license is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin does not work for your workflow, write us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full. No forms. No interrogation.

Who is eligible

• Any customer who purchased a Pro, Studio, or Agency license within the last 30 days.
• The 30-day window starts on the date of the original charge, not the date of license activation.
• The Free version is distributed under GPLv2 and is not a paid product – there is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line Refund request and include:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number (from the receipt sent by our payment processor)
• Optionally, a sentence about what did not work for you – we read every one, and it is how we make the plugin better

What happens next

• We reply within 1 business day to confirm the refund has been initiated.
• The refund is issued by our merchant-of-record payment processor to the original payment method.
• Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and card network.
• Your license key is deactivated. You may continue to use the Free version under GPLv2.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of clear abuse – for example, requesting a refund after downloading the Pro build, installing it across multiple sites, and then claiming dissatisfaction. This is rare. The default answer to a refund request is yes.
