Agreement

By using Flavor Media Folders (the "Plugin") or the flavormedia.dev website (the "Website"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin or Website.

License

The free version of Flavor Media Folders is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You may use, modify, and distribute it under the terms of this license.

Flavor Media Folders Pro is a separate premium add-on plugin distributed from flavormedia.dev. A valid license key is required to activate it, and the free Flavor Media Folders plugin must remain installed and active for Pro to run. Each license key is tied to a specific number of sites as indicated at purchase.

Pro license terms

By purchasing a Pro, Studio, or Agency license, you agree to the following:

• Lifetime – the lifetime of the product. All future updates included for as long as Flavor Media Folders is maintained.
• Site limit – Pro 1 site, Studio 10 sites, Agency 100 sites. Fair-use policy applies.
• Refunds – 30-day money-back guarantee.
• No resale – license keys may not be shared or redistributed.
• Revocation – licenses may be revoked for violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Pro plugin code
• Attempt to bypass license validation
• Use the Plugin or Website to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or services

Disclaimer

The Plugin and Website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Flavor Media does not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

We recommend maintaining regular backups of your WordPress site. Flavor Media Folders stores folder data in separate database tables and does not modify your media files.

Limitation of liability

Flavor Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Plugin or Website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

Consumer rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Where consumer protection law of your country of residence provides rights beyond those stated here, such law applies.

Support

Free version support is available through the WordPress.org support forum. Pro customers receive priority support via email.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
